Position Summary
Our client a well-established manufacturing company in the Windsor-Essex area is currently seeking an experienced Tool Maker / Mold Maker to join their growing team. This position will involve precision tooling repairs modifications assembly work and support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Repair modify and maintain tooling and components
Perform precision grinding fitting assembly and welding tasks
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production requirements
Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
Tool & Die / Mold Maker experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Experience working in a tooling or precision manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
