Job Description: Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A)
Location: Tillsonburg ON
Rate: $43.35/hour shift premiums
Schedule: Rotating MondayThursday (Days & Afternoons)
A well-established automotive manufacturing facility is seeking a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) for a hands-on maintenance role supporting production operations. This is a stable long-term opportunity with strong compensation benefits and pension.
Core Responsibilities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Maintain troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently

• Perform welding fabrication and machining as required
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
• Service and maintain robotic welding and automated equipment

• Follow all safety procedures and plant maintenance standards
• Ensure equipment is maintained in compliance with operational and safety requirements

• Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License
• Grade 12 diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team

• $43.35/hour plus applicable shift premiums
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
