Aversan Inc.() is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.
We are currently seeking a qualifiedMethods Agent.The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Rates:55-58k
Responsibilities
Be responsible for creating the manufacturing file.
Define the optimal assembly sequence in compliance with health and safety rules and technical constraints.
Create work plans in accordance with the assembly sequence.
Create the appropriate visual work instructions based on the production environment. The format may be 3D (industry 4.0) or 2D depending on the type of assembly.
Support the production launch of new work packages.
Keep the manufacturing file up to date (work schedule work instructions)
Establish standards for the creation of work plans and work instructions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem-solving techniques as well as Kaizen Six Sigma Lean Design Thinking and Agile concepts.
Define and control the evolution the key stages and the control points of the project and carry out the follow-up.
Work in collaboration with different teams: Engineering production project managers and IT.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Work Methods
Proficiency in reading and understanding assembly drawings
Mastery of 3D CAD model manipulation
Mastery in the execution of manufacturing projects
Knowledge of PLM MP link and Créo view (An asset)
Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and these issues.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Leadership good team spirit and change management skills.
Comfortable in a distributed work environment remotely and sometimes in the office if necessary for the position.
Bilingualism (French and English) required.
