Job Summary
Merchandise Manager
On behalf of our client- TA Appliance & BBQs is looking for a highly motivated Merchandise Manager. The Merchandise Manager leads pricing promotions vendor programs and merchandising execution across in-store and online channels. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy supporting revenue growth optimizing processes and collaborating across teams to deliver a consistent customer is a great opportunity to join an amazing team!
Functions and Duties
Oversee the setup management and execution of pricing promotions and sales events across in-store and online platforms ensuring accuracy and timely implementation.
Lead the vendor claim process to maximize funding recoveries through accurate and timely submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams including marketing sales ecommerce and operations.
Analyze merchandising pricing promotional and performance reports to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and audit pricing promotional changes and product data to ensure consistency across systems and customer-facing channels.
Develop and maintain a merchandising and promotional calendar aligned with marketing campaigns vendor programs and operational timelines.
Identify and implement improvements to merchandising processes reporting efficiency vendor programs and promotional execution.
Support new initiatives and revenue-driving strategies through cross-functional collaboration and project ownership.
Mentor and support team members by helping establish best practices and effective workflows.
Perform additional duties and provide departmental support as needed.
Skills and Experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated background in merchandising pricing retail operations or a related management role.
Demonstrated proficiency working with ERP systems; knowledge of ePASS is considered an asset.
Demonstrated leadership collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational time management and project management abilities.
Demonstrated analytical critical thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships.
A process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and execution.
