We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborativeMedia Reconciliation Coordinatorto join our this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial accuracy of our media campaigns. You will act as the essential bridge between our Investment Operations and Finance teams ensuring that all broadcast media activity is accurately reconciled according to Horizon Medias policies and client contracts.

• Proactively identify and clear broadcast media billing discrepancies in a timely fashion ensuring accurate financial records and payments to partners.
• Partner closely with the Investment & Activation Team to investigate clarify and resolve any budgeting or billing variances.
• Utilize media management platforms (Media Ocean) to pull and review comprehensive reports ensuring all media activity is properly reconciled across campaigns.
• Act as liaison facilitating seamless communication between the Investment & Activation Operations and Finance teams regarding broadcast media reconciliation.
• Ensure all reconciliation processes and timelines strictly comply with client guidelines internal Horizon Media policies as well as external contractual obligations.
• Meet regularly with Investment & Activation team to share status on reconciliation progress and align on priorities.

• Experience in media reconciliation preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with Media Ocean alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to spot discrepancies and resolve complex billing variances.
• Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial data to actionable steps
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict financial deadlines
• Deep understanding of Canadian media landscape

Salary Range:

21300.00 CAD - 30900.00 CAD
