Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for IBM Maximo across North American and European operations.
• Manage system configuration security workflows escalations notifications and application settings.
• Support Maximo upgrades patches integrations and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Administer user access roles permissions and compliance-related controls.
• Support integrations between Maximo and ERP GIS SCADA procurement and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation procedures and technical standards.
• Provide user training and support to operations maintenance supply chain and engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained across the platform.
• Support reporting KPI development and analytics requirements.
• Coordinate with regional teams to standardize processes while accommodating local operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree or College Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of IBM Maximo administration experience.
• Experience with Maximo security groups workflows escalations automation scripts and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting renewable energy utilities power generation or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with API integrations middleware platforms and cloud environments.
• Project management or system implementation experience.
• Experience working with international teams across North America and Europe.
