Qualifications :
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton Ontario! As a Material Flow Coordinator you will ensure that proper procedures are being followed by the inspection team members for productivity quality control and safety.
What youre responsible for:
- Identifying inbound material grades non-conformities non-recyclable and hazardous material in inbound loads
- Effectively and successfully training productivity quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Inspection Team
- Facilitating and directing trucks to correct yard locations in an efficient manner
- Performing Daily Checks (Pile Quality Truck Inspection Gate Cleanliness Overnight Loads)
- Providing feedback to production about material quality or sale specifications
- Coordinating quick action for loads that need to be sorted and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Communicating with supervisors and commercial team about downgrades and deductions
- Assisting in the implementation of training programs to train external team members on quality and procedures
- Reviewing outbound sales to ensure quality specifications are met
Additional Information :

- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
- You have strong communication leadership and organizational skills
