Reporting to the Director of Marketing youll play a key role in strengthening CRM infrastructure improving analytics and supporting a more scalable data-driven marketing function.
What youll be doing:
Own CRM data integrity segmentation and overall system effectiveness
Track and analyze lead sources engagement and conversion performance
Support pipeline optimization and CRM integrations with marketing platforms
Assist with paid campaigns tagging and performance analytics (GA4 GTM Google Ads)
Improve audience segmentation personalization and automation workflows
Collaborate across teams to align marketing with business goals
Requirements
What you bring:
35 years in CRM marketing operations or digital marketing
Experience withSalesforce and/or Pipedrive
Hands-on experience withGA4 Google Tag Manager and paid media tracking
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
Collaborative proactive and naturally curious
