We need a leader to manage national brand initiatives including menu features brand campaigns and liquor partnerships for all three growing to the Senior Director of Marketing and being ingrained in the businesses for CHOP SteakhouseTavern Collective & Shark Club this role will be responsible for leading a small team of two marketingprofessionals and two graphic designers all while driving each brand forward with innovativeprogramming intiatives and strategic direction. If youre a natural-born leader and storyteller loveworking on multiple brands where you can apply learnings across all and want to be a part ofsensational growth and success this is the role for you!ResponsibilitiesCreate the National Marketing Campaign Calendar across the Canadian marketing briefs media buy briefs channel plans workbacks copy and creativedirection across master brand and seasonal with key stakeholders (GMs Operations Culinary Franchisees) to ensure adequateplanning execution and monitoring of marketing in partnership with external agencies and liquor partners to execute campaigns the management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functionalmarketing teams (i.e. Email Social Website Digital Menus) and agencies to bring the brief fromconcept to final media agency and lead internal teams to plan and execute initiatives to reach thetarget audience through appropriate channels (social digital email OOH radio in store etc.)Create succinct post reports including marketing data (campaign results conversion rates etc.)to optimize future campaigns and the fiscal budget for all national initiatives including quarterly reconciliation to ensurewe stay within the with Sr. Leaders to develop the annual strategic plan and awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve relevant &successful campaigns and YouYou have 7 to 10 years of relevant marketing brand or communications experience is an assetYou have a strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM Social and are a project management pro; youre organized and can manage multiple projects with changing timelines andmanaging numerous campaigns at once is no sweatYou are highly collaborative fostering relationships with internal teams and external are a team leader; keeping the team motivated engaged and continually developing are a great communicator; articulate and confident in front of an audience including executives peers franchise partners and ops are data-focused; you collect analyze and leverage data to continuously are a self-starter; you relish the opportunity to identify needs and take initiative to are value-driven at your core operating with integrity honesty and love the unknown and can adapt to changes ability to manage multiple are aware of key sports and pop-culture restaurant experience is an across Canada for new store openings and other brand eventsWork with the coolest partners: Molson Labatt Diageo Aperol and jobs are boring this one isnt.
