Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Lead the planning execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth hotel chain programs and product launches.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing priorities that align with organizational objectives.
Evaluate campaign performance identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management
Oversee the company website using Adobe Commerce ensuring content remains current engaging and aligned with brand standards.
Manage brand consistency across digital print email and social media channels.
Lead email marketing initiatives using Klaviyo while continuously improving customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Creative Development & Content Leadership
Oversee the creation of product catalogues sales collateral advertising materials and promotional content.
Review marketing copy product descriptions and creative assets to ensure quality consistency and alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate the work of designers freelancers photographers and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Utilize to oversee project planning resource allocation and workflow management.
Partner closely with sales product and leadership teams to execute marketing initiatives that support revenue growth.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members while fostering collaboration across departments.
Events & Business Development Support
Lead the preparation and execution of marketing materials for trade shows customer events and promotional activities.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes increase operational efficiency and strengthen customer engagement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline is preferred.
3 years of progressive marketing experience preferably within a B2B manufacturing hospitality or product-focused environment.
Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign experience is considered an asset.
Experience managing website content using Adobe Commerce or similar CMS platforms.
Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management software such as .
Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics is considered an asset.
