Manufacturing Program Manager

This is not a project coordinator role.

This is an opportunity to become the central point of leadership for complex manufacturing programs supporting world-class OEM customers across aerospace defence robotics medical devices transportation and industrial markets.

Youll sit at the intersection of customers engineering production quality purchasing and supply chain ensuring programs move seamlessly from quote handoff through production delivery and long-term account growth.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Managing strategic customer programs from launch through production and delivery

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders

• Leading cross-functional execution across Engineering Production Quality Purchasing and Shipping

• Monitoring schedules risks costs and overall program performance

• Driving accountability and ensuring critical issues are resolved quickly

• Supporting new product introductions prototype builds and production launches

• Leading customer meetings and internal program reviews

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence

What Were Looking For

• PMP Certification (Required)

• 5 years of Program Management experience within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of production scheduling quality systems and customer-facing operations

• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without losing sight of the details

• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience

• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
