Temporary (Fixed Term)

Finning Canada is seeking a Temporary Manual Invoice / Electronic Invoicing Clerk for a 12-month this role you will be responsible for accurately creating and processing manual invoices in a timely manner based on internal business requests.

This is a hybrid position based in North-West Edmonton requiring three days per week in the office. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $23 to $25 per hour.

• Create accurate customer invoices based on tariff charges customer agreements and supporting documentation.
• Process urgent invoice requests within defined timeline expectations and business deadlines.
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet time-sensitive customer and operational requirements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing large volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all completed invoices are submitted and tracked in accordance with company procedures.

• Daily analysis and reporting on invoicing status
• Daily entries of invoicing transactions into the customers AP system
• Reviewing previous days billing ensuring the correct backup is included for entry into external AP portals.
• Investigate and Resolution any discrepancies

Administrative Support

• Respond to inquiries related to invoice creation and submission.
• Assist with reporting document retention and internal follow ups
• Ensure tracking report is updated daily with detailed notes

• Previous administrative data entry or invoicing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience processing invoices maintaining records and working with ERP systems (e.g. Ariba or Fieldglass) is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reviewing data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
