Overview
The Manager Process & Performance Improvement is a member of the Engineering Excellence team responsible for establishing a fit-for-purpose engineering work process with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting required governance.
Your role
- Establish and maintain engineering design processes and procedures ensuring compliance with policies regulations and industry standards.
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure consistency across projects in alignment processes and execution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance innovation and organizational learning.
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to optimize engineering workflows and decision-making.
- Drive process efficiency through mapping modeling automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and supervise Engineering Coordinators including coaching development and performance management.
About you
- Educational background in engineering (degree or diploma) with a . and PMP considered strong assets.
- Minimum 10 years of project delivery experience including at least 3 years in process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Agile).
- Proven ability to analyze data identify trends and drive performance improvements in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing change teams and complex projects effectively.
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills with technical proficiency and eligibility for federal security clearance.
