Job Description:

• Strong people leadership experience in large complex technology delivery environments.

• Fullstack engineering background (iOS Native Development Swift SwiftUI Swift Concurrency APIs/microservices).

• 7 years hands-on iOS development experience

• Experience delivering regulated customerfacing digital insurance or banking platforms at scale.

• Experience designing developing and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance customer and engineering outcomes

• Practical experience with DevOps automated testing and modern delivery practices.

• Working knowledge of AIassisted development and test automation.

• Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tools frameworks and patterns aligned to enterprise standards and emerging industry trends

• Expert knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks technology tools processes and procedures as well as organization issues

• Expert knowledge of TD applications systems networks innovation design activities best practices business / organization Bank standards and may fulfill a governance role

• In depth technical skills and a strong understanding of the teams product.

• Provide people management leadership by hiring the best talent setting goals developing staff managing employee performance and compensation decisions promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions as required

• Has a deep understanding of the technology and issues

• Can coordinate work outside own area of expertise

• Ensures solutions are consistent with departmental objectives

• Generally reports to a Senior Manager in some cases to an executive
