We are currently hiring for a Manager Continuous Improvement in the Environment Health & Safety Department. This is a new role within Halifax Water.
As a Manager Continuous Improvement you will:
Operate with a high degree of professional autonomy.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve efficiency effectiveness and regular compliance.
Advise senior leadership by analyzing complex issues and delivering clear recommendations.
Implement standardized continuous improvement tools and methods across the organization.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex or high-risk challenges.
Build strong partnerships to advance continuous improvement and organizational resilience.
To do this job you need to have:
A post-secondary degree in Business Administration Public Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in continuous improvement compliance governance or organizational effectiveness within a regulated public-sector or complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience establishing and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Proven experience supporting or advising senior leadership
Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
