On the Bell Business Markets team youll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. Youll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT Mobility/5G Cloud Cyber Security Voice Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop manage motivate and coach staff to fulfill departmental performance goals while also encouraging employee growth and engagement
Lead / assist continuous improvement activities relating to collections that drive improved timeliness accuracy compliance and discipline
Support team with conflict resolution on aging accounts and help formulate collection strategies
Assist with establishing targets for key metrics and effectively support the team to meet or exceed these targets
Develop business relationships with internal and external customers to secure their support in minimizing financial risks and facilitate dispute resolution
Monitor collections performance according to quality and productivity standards
Oversee credit adjudication process

Critical Qualifications

Degree in business administration finance mathematics or CPA Accounting designation (or in the process of completing designation)
3 years experience working in a collections environment managing a group of 10 employees
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills (written verbal and presentation skills) and ability to influence stakeholders
Analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Requirements

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
