Manager, Advisor Training & Enablement
Job Summary
The Opportunity
The Manager Advisor Training & Enablement is responsible for delivering high-impact training and enablement experiences that improve advisor readiness confidence and effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in making it easier for advisors and their teams to do business by providing clear consistent and practical learning solutions.
As an individual contributor this role translates business priorities into engaging training programs leads platform education and drives adoption through ongoing engagement and support. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners cross-functionally to ensure advisors are equipped to succeed within the firms operating model.
Position Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Advisor Readiness
- Deliver engaging high-quality training sessions (virtual and in-person) including onboarding programs system training webinars and office hours
- Lead onboarding training for new advisors ensuring strong foundational knowledge and readiness within the firms model
- Conduct uniFide demos for prospective recruits and new advisors
- Facilitate learning experiences at events including bootcamps conferences and group sessions
Platform SME & Content Ownership
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the uniFide platform and related advisor tools
- Develop and maintain training materials resources and job aids aligned to platform updates and enhancements
- Ensure training content reflects current processes compliance requirements and advisor needs
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to provide feedback loop from advisors/ team members on future engagements and pain points
- Manage training readiness for system releases and updates
Program Execution & Enablement
- Execute against defined training and enablement strategies translating objectives into actionable programs
- Drive advisor adoption and effective use of tools and processes beyond initial training
- Support behavioral change by reinforcing learning through ongoing engagement (e.g. office hours follow-ups champion networks)
- Partner with branch champions and field stakeholders to extend reach and impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Compliance Supervision SMEs and business partners to align training with regulatory and business requirements
- Support the delivery of regulatory and compliance-related training as required
- Partner with Advisor Support Managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and improve effectiveness
Influence & Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback and insights from advisors and stakeholders to continuously improve training experiences
- Identify opportunities to enhance advisor productivity readiness and engagement through improved learning approaches
- Influence stakeholders and partners without direct authority to drive alignment and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience building training materials for Financial Advisors and their teams is required
3 years of experience working with the uniFide platform with a deep understanding of the platform and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective learning experiences is required
Proven experience in financial services in an advisor-facing environment
Strong background in learning & development training delivery and instructional design
Experience delivering engaging training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear practical learning experiences
Strong understanding of advisor workflows tools and business practices
Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing role-based learning solutions
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to collaborate with business leaders subject matter experts and technology teams
Proficiency with learning technologies content authoring tools and virtual training platforms
Ability to work independently while taking ownership of learning program outcomes

Salary range is expected to be between
$92900.00 CAD - $142900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
