Ready to lead a high-impact maintenance team and keep a fast-paced manufacturing environment running at its bestJOIN OUR TEAM!Maintenance SupervisorWe are looking for a hands-on organized and safety-driven Maintenance Supervisor to support our two manufacturing sites in Hadashville and Oakbank in this role you will lead the maintenance team ensure equipment reliability and help keep our peat-based horticultural production operations running SUMMARY: Lead schedule and coach the maintenance team;Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems;Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues;Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers;Support equipment upgrades installations and continuous improvement initiatives;Ensure all maintenance activities follow strict safety procedures and Manitoba regulations;Collaborate closely with Production to minimize downtime and optimize performance across both sites; andPerform any other related :The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance environments;The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience in a management role;The candidate must have Industrial Mechanic (millwright red seal) certificate;The candidate must be able to communicate perfectly in English;The candidate must have good attention to detail and work well with a team;The candidate must have a valid drivers license;Other requirements: Good physical AND BENEFITS :Dental plan;Disabilitéy benefits;Health care plan;Vision care benefits;Group insurance;Group RRSP;Vacation and float days;Profit CONDITIONS:Permanent;40h/week; TO APPLYEmployer contact: Ariane PelletierEmail : number: x1480A criminal record check will be US: At Berger we have been developing and marketing the best horticultural mixes for growing flowers berries market garden products in greenhouses and much more for more than 60 seasons.
