Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of residential properties in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering excellent customer service responding promptly to maintenance needs and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. Candidates must have their own basic tools a valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle. - Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests and maintenance concerns
- Perform general property maintenance including both routine and more complex repairs
- Complete plumbing carpentry painting and basic electrical repairs as required
- Maintain clean safe and well-presented interior spaces and surrounding grounds
- Inspect grounds facilities and equipment to identify required repairs and preventative maintenance needs
- Experience with HVAC and boiler systems is required
- Minimum of two years of maintenance or related experience
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Ability to provide two professional references
