Job Summary

Mainframe Application Production Support Engineer

Toronto ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Descriptions:

1. Application CustodianshipACA / ERIC / PARA (creation review and closing)Closing Problem recordsProviding updates to the Risk teamRisk assessment and managementDR exercise planning approval management coordination and participation

2. Production mailbox and Incident Tickets Review Triage Analysis and Closing

3. Production PIV e.g. CIS/ALP API via Postman PMA Tool

4. Production support & investigation (e.g. updating missing client name in SRF client card/VVD status replying to production inquiries)

5. Work closely with a developer to address production issues

6. Thales Purge (special courier of Client Cards) and Client Card Exception Report Review via Thales PROD website/portal

7. NPID Password Renewal e.g. CR creation & test coordination with NPID app users

8. Certificate Renewal e.g. Thales DataPower/MCCSS VisaDPS P5MRGNC1 (GetRS)

9. Yearly Interac and Internal Audit; Coordination ONLY

10. Annual PEN Test and Re-test; Coordination ONLY 11. Cloud API and Helios Deployment approval

12. Asset Compatibility Testing (ACT)

13. BMM support (e.g. adding new fields work closely with the developer and QE team to coordinate PIV with the business)

14. Documentation
