Job Summary
Mail Services Operations Manager
Be at the center of mailroom and digital mail operations ensuring seamless service delivery while driving improvements monitoring performance and supporting key operational objectives. This position offers a varied workload cross-functional collaboration and involvement in initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Hourly salary of $30.
2-month contract.
Day schedule 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily mailroom courier and digital mail operations.
Drive service improvements and increase first-time resolution.
Manage vendors and ensure service level agreement (SLA) performance.
Control expenses and manage budget versus plan.
Track performance using data reporting and Excel analysis.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and risk standards.
Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with leaders and business units.
Support sustainability and community initiatives.
What you will need to succeed:
35 years of experience in mailroom logistics or operations.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience managing vendors and budgets.
Knowledge of digital mail systems is an asset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
