Lubrication Technician

• Perform maintenance repairs and inspections to client and internal vehicles in a safe accurate and efficient manner according to standardized and manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose vehicle concerns provide clear and concise documentation of finding and repairs
• Translating customers repair problems into standard repair terminology while educating customers on maintenance and repair needs
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and proficiency in work carried out throughout the shop as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of shop and shop tools
• Complete and review repair orders with service advisors clearly explaining additional service needs
• Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure timely completion of work
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards
• Assist with other related duties as needed
• If exceed performance expectation consistenty this role may need to an apprenticeship in the future

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 1 year of Dealership experience
• Previous Toyota and/or dealership shop experience an asset
• Good knowledge and mechanical aptitude of many automotive operating systems
• Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self sufficient and can work both in a team and independently
• Detailed oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP operating system experience an asset
• Valid B.C. drivers license with clean abstract and no restrictions.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Full set of tools and diagnostic equipment  (some equipment provided by Westminster Toyota)

Additional Information :

This is a full time position. Schedule will be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 8 hours/day.
