we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Forepersonto join our team.You will play a central role in coordinating site logistics for a significant new project in downtown Halifax ensuring materials equipment and resources flow efficiently to support our field teams.

• Oversee all site logistics including material deliveries equipment movement and storage coordination

• Work closely with project managers forepersons and subcontractors to plan daily and weekly logistics needs

• Maintain organized laydown areas ensuring safe and efficient material handling

• Track incoming and outgoing materials verifying quantities and quality

• Coordinate waste removal site cleanliness and general site organization

• Support field teams by ensuring they have the right materials at the right time

• Enforce safety protocols related to site traffic equipment operation and material handling

• Strong understanding of construction site logistics and workflow

• Experience coordinating materials equipment and deliveries on active construction sites

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Ability to multitask prioritize and adapt to changing site conditions

• A commitment to safety organization and teamwork
