Locations:Aspire (View Royal area) orThe Vue (Langford area)Main Requirements:Must live on site (60% rental discount)Valid Class 5 drivers license and own vehicle requiredResponsibilities:Applicant must love people be versatile hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the siteSuccessful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekendsCollect rent and follow up on defaultsInspections of vacant and upcoming suitesLease and show suitesAnnual suite inspectionsPrepare and deliver bank depositsEnsure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work per conditions of the contractAssist with snow removal cleaning and touch-up painting as requiredComplete other tasks as assignedExperience and Educational Requirements:2 years customer service experience requiredPost-Secondary education in related field is an assetTechnical Requirements:Computer experience is required with web based programs preferredAbility to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technologyFamiliarity with technology is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Strong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceAbility to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtainedExceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesDemonstrates a positive attitude enthusiasm and assertivenessAbility to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs liftingAbility to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipmentPosting for
