Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic

Clean HarborsRed Deer ABis looking for a Licensed Heavy DutyMobile Mechanicto join their safety conscious team!

This position will be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of all company owned fleet (trucks tractors trailers heavy equipment etc)

This position is eligible for a $5000 Sign on bonus.

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Complete and follow requirements of Field Level Hazard and Job Hazard assessments.
• Perform thorough inspections (CVIP) of equipment and identify required repairs.
• Perform routine and specific maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose components and equipment for servicing needs.
• Complete repair orders.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair equipment and light and heavy duty vehicles.
• Communicate equipment servicing needs as required with Supervisor.
• Complete warranty information.
• Disassemble inspect fit and replace worn or broken parts.
• Carry out housekeeping duties.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

• Licensed as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
• 3 experience working as a (Heavy Duty) Mechanicis an asset.
• Previous experience working with Hydraulics is an asset.
• Previous experience working on Vacuum Trucks is an asset.
• Ability to use (J Pro) diagnostic software
• Class 5 Drivers License required.
