Job description

n1. Customer contract

• sReview and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms
• )Negotiate data privacy agreements/data processing agreement
• sLead negotiations with customers legal and sales team

s2. Strategic partnership

• sDraft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreement
• sSupport renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g. AWS Microsoft Oracle CrowdStrike
• )Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and thirdparty arrangement

s3. Products developed in-hous

• eDevelop contract templates for internally created product
• sEnsure appropriate protections (e.g. IP acceptable use customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement
• sStandardize terms and language across platforms and offering
• sMaintain and update templates including integrating those from acquisition

s4. Misc. legal suppor

• tProvide general legal support across various business units including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements working on customer termination files advising on risk and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters
