Compensation: $65000 - $80000

Location: 335 Steelcase Rd East (This position is hybrid)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partner with HR and department leaders to identify organizational and individual training and development needs.
• Develop and maintain learning plans aligned with business priorities and employee development needs.
• Design engaging instructor-led virtual and eLearning programs including workshops videos quizzes simulations job aids and other learning resources.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create practical and engaging training experiences.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees across the organization.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear effective learning content.
• Support managers with on-the-job training coaching and employee development initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including course administration user management reporting and learner progress.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments employee feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Continuously review and improve training programs based on results feedback and changing business needs.
• Support organizational changes and new initiatives by developing training and resources that help employees successfully adopt new processes.
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies tools and best practices and recommend opportunities to improve how learning is delivered.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in Learning & Development instructional design corporate training or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience developing eLearning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear engaging learning experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure learning effectiveness.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities independently.
