The Sales Leader is accountable to develop and execute a regional sales strategy built from the business plan as directed by their respective Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for FCT to achieve required business objectives in their region. This role will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to achieve profitable business growth in addition to supporting the day to day Sales Management activities which include: funnel reviews expense management salesforce usage coaching field visits and team and customer escalation.HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:
Implement and manage regional sales and business development plans for respective sales strategies within the region.
Primary contact for key accounts and proactively seek opportunities to expand those relationships
Develop regional sales team by providing coaching training strategy direction observing and monitoring success.
Develop and manage disciplined sales management routines for each sales professional and the overall sales team.
Monitor sales activity of each sales team member with the objective of linking activity to desired results.
Assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities.
Total Direct Compensation:
150400 - 181300Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
