Your scope includes:
- Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships by acting as the primary point of contact for major clients head offices
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead the transition to new packaging solutions by coordinating trials validations and product launches
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams (technical operations quality) and the client
- Ensure rigorous planning and close tracking of projects (SKU creation orders deliveries timelines)
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure clear proactive and transparent communication
- Identify and resolve issues (quality logistics production) while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
Youre a natural fit forLeader comptes majeursif you have:
- Experience in key account management within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Ability to coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships
- High level of rigor organization and strong ability to plan and manage priorities
- Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM SAP Power BI and the Microsoft Suite
- Experience in the pulp and paper or corrugated industry (an asset)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Ontario to visit clients
