Your scope includes:

• Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships by acting as the primary point of contact for major clients head offices
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Lead the transition to new packaging solutions by coordinating trials validations and product launches
• Act as the central liaison between internal teams (technical operations quality) and the client
• Ensure rigorous planning and close tracking of projects (SKU creation orders deliveries timelines)
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure clear proactive and transparent communication
• Identify and resolve issues (quality logistics production) while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

Youre a natural fit forLeader comptes majeursif you have:

• Experience in key account management within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships
• High level of rigor organization and strong ability to plan and manage priorities
• Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges
• Proficiency with tools such as CRM SAP Power BI and the Microsoft Suite
• Experience in the pulp and paper or corrugated industry (an asset)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Ontario to visit clients
