Lead SAP QATest Lead

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP QA/Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing for SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP functional testing test strategy defect management and leading QA teams in Agile environments.

• Lead SAP testing activities across multiple projects.
  
• Develop test strategy test plans and test cases.
  
• Manage SIT UAT Regression and Integration testing.
  
• Coordinate with business functional and technical teams.
  
• Track defects testing progress and quality metrics.
  
• Mentor QA team members and support successful project delivery.
  

• 10 years of SAP QA/Testing experience.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP modules such as FI/CO MM and SD.
  
• Experience with Jira ALM/qTest or similar test management tools.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect lifecycle.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• ISTQB or SAP Certification (required).
  
• Experience leading large SAP transformation or migration projects (required).
