Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design develop and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise-grade implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning Apex development integrations and hands-on experience with enterprise clouds such as Salesforce including Financial Services Cloud Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader collaborating closely with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design development and deployment across multiple orgs/environments
  • Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce (as needed)
  • Design and implement integrations using REST SOAP and Bulk APIs with external systems
  • Lead development efforts across Sales Cloud Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and architects to define system requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
  • Ensure coding standards best practices and security guidelines are followed
  • Optimize Salesforce performance data model design and automation processes
  • Participate in release planning CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 years of professional software development experience with strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC Aura)
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex programming (Triggers Classes Batch Queueable Future methods)
  • Strong integration experience using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP Web Services
    • Bulk API / Data Loader frameworks
  • Deep experience in Sales Cloud Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles roles sharing rules permission sets)
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling and governor limits optimization
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architecture decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Leadership Expectations

  • Act as technical lead for Salesforce development teams
  • Guide design reviews code reviews and architecture decisions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Drive delivery quality and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and Product

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset Copado Jenkins Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce
  • Experience in Financial Services domain (banking wealth management insurance)
  • Experience with data migration and large-scale enterprise implementations
