What Youll Be Doing:

• Preparing surfaces (sanding masking patching)
• Applying high-quality coatings with top-tier workmanship
• Managing or working alongside a crew when needed
• Completing detailed post-project walkthroughs to ensure excellence

What Were Looking For:

• Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• Proficiency with brushes rollers sprayers tape caulking etc.
• Experience supervising at least one other painter
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town for up to 7 days at a time
• Red Seal certification is a strong asset
