Founded in 2025 through the strategic acquisition of leading regional providers Sentinel brings together deep expertise in the installation repair and maintenance of overhead doors dock systems and industrial equipment across commercial and industrial environments.

Door Doctor is looking for a Lead Hand Installer who takes pride in their craft and is ready to lead from the this role youll be hands-on - installing removing and testing critical dock and door equipment - while ensuring every job is completed safely efficiently and to the highest standard. Youll play a key role in delivering reliable solutions that keep our customers operations moving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of: Overhead doors rolling steel and high-speed doors and dock equipment including truck restraints shelters and seals
• Safely remove and replace existing equipment
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain clean safe and organized job sites
• Manage tools and equipment - ensuring everything is inspected maintained and ready to go
• Keep your service vehicle clean and professional
• Champion safety by following all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as aLead Installer in the dock & door industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Confidence using tools power equipment and diagnostic instruments
• Solid understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance
• Strong communication skillsyou know how to work with customers and your team
• A self-starter mindset with a positive team-first attitude
• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
• Valid drivers license in good standing
