Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As aLead Bank Operations(Integration) you willsupportthe planning coordination and execution of Banking Operations integration activities arising from mergersacquisitionsand strategic transformation initiatives.The role partners across business functions to deliver aconsistentoperating model while ensuring operational readiness servicecontinuityandpositivemember experience.
This is afull-time temporary rolebased at ourVancity head officeand will report directly to theVice President Banking Strategyand Operations.While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Support planning and execution of Banking Operations integration activities including readiness assessments stakeholder coordination process reviews and system requirements and accessneedsrelated to mergers and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate the development and documentation of future-state operational processes and operating model recommendations.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with business stakeholders subject matter experts and project teams to support alignment and decision-making.
- Contribute to integration governance status reporting riskmanagementand stakeholder communications to help ensure successful integration outcomes.
- Support service continuity anda consistentmember experience throughout periods of organizational change and integration.
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- Post-secondary education in business finance operationsproject managementor a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in banking operations financial servicesoperational strategy rolesintegrationtransformationorproject-based environments
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills with the ability to assess operational impactsidentifyrisks and opportunities and provide information that enables effective decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships including external partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable outcomes.
- Solid understanding of risk management operational processes and regulatory considerations in financial services
- Experience supporting process improvement operational readiness system implementations or organizational change initiatives is considered an asset.

WhatYoullEarn:
This role offers a salary range of$86400to $111800per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skillspreviousexperience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
