We are looking for an experienced Layout Carpenter with strong skills in theodolite / builders level operation and advanced print-reading ability.
Responsibilities:
- Layout of grade beams columns and walls with high accuracy
- Use of theodolite builders level and standard layout tools
- Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site supervision
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Proven experience as a layout carpenter
- Strong understanding of structural layout benchmarks and grid lines
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings
- Reliable safety-minded and able to work independently
Wage: Competitive based on experience
