Compensation: $70000 - $90000

Location:61 McPherson Street (This position is on-site)

What Youll Do

• Lead coach and support a production team while promoting accountability teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Plan and coordinate Large Format & Roll Label production schedules to meet customer deadlines and production targets.
• Monitor productivity quality material usage waste and equipment performance.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks quality concerns and operational issues.
• Coordinate staffing employee scheduling training and cross-training based on production requirements.
• Train and monitor machine operators and support employee performance management.
• Work closely with Operations Customer Service HR and other production departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Oversee preventative maintenance equipment troubleshooting service calls and repairs.
• Manage departmental materials supplies and inventory levels.
• Operate Large Format and Roll Label printing cutting finishing and converting equipment when required.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized production environment while ensuring compliance with company health and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality productivity waste reduction equipment uptime and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of production supervisory/leadership experience ideally managing teams of 20 employees.
• 3 years of Large Format and/or Roll Label print production experience.
• Strong knowledge of print production workflows scheduling quality control and equipment.
• Experience with Roll Label printing converting finishing die-cutting slitting or laminating is strongly preferred.
• Experience with digital cutting equipment such as Zünd or Esko is an asset.
• Hands-on experience operating or troubleshooting production equipment is an asset.
• Strong leadership communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing production requirements.
