Labourer Non Ferrous Receiver

We are looking for a motivated Labourer Non Ferrous Receiver to join our Lévis Quebec team.

You will primarily be involved in the receiving sorting and handling of non-ferrous metals. This position is focused on manual labour material handling and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for a reliable active individual who is comfortable with physical work.

What you will be responsible for :

• Greet customers and apply established procedures;
• Unload handle and sort materials;
• Identify classify and inspect non-ferrous metals;
• Weigh organize and prepare materials for shipping or receiving;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site;
• Work safely in compliance with HSE standards;
• Perform any other related tasks associated with operations.

Qualifications :

• You have experience in an industrial environment recycling or a related field (asset);
• You have experience operating a forklift or other equipment (asset);
• You have a valid Class 5 drivers licence;
• You have knowledge of different types of metals (asset);
• You are in good physical condition and comfortable with repetitive tasks;
• You are responsible punctual resourceful and safety-conscious.
