Profit share on every job earn a percentage of the revenue generated on your truck every day! Your effort confidence and sales skills directly influence your paycheque.

Base starting wage: $16/hr
Average total earnings: $20$23 /hr(inclusive of hourly tips performance bonuses!)

What Youll Be Doing:
- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver aprofessional friendly first impression
- Assess the job andprovide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
- Confidently explain pricing answer questions andovercome objections to close the sale
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load transport recycle donate or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy integrity and a winning attitude

This Role Is Perfect for You If You:

- Enjoy talking with customers and building rapport

- Are comfortable discussing price and learning sales techniques

- Are motivated by performance-based pay and bonuses

What Were Looking For:
- 19 years old(insurance requirement)
- Valid drivers licensewith a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

- Physically able to lift50 lbs repeatedly
- Positive competitive and coachable mindset
- Reliable professional and motivated to grow

No previous junk removal experience required we train you!
