• Manage restoration projects including water fire smoke mold and structural damage.
• Conduct site assessments develop scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication with clients insurance adjusters and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress budgets documentation and reporting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency response needs.

• IICRC Certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) would be considered an asset - however we are willing to train the right applicant.
• Successful applicants would have experience in restoration construction or related project management.
• Knowledge of Xactimate XactAnalysis and restoration management software is preferred however we are willing to train the right applicant.
• Strong understanding of restoration processes equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
