Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning delivery and administration of highway construction and rehabilitation projects.
  • Assist with project coordination to help ensure work is completed safely on time within budget and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consultants contractors municipalities and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation including schedules risk logs and status reports.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing consultant terms of reference proposals designs and tender documents.
  • Support the delivery of municipal cost-share projects including stakeholder engagement and agreement preparation.
  • Assist with contract administration construction monitoring and site inspections.
  • Review contractor submissions Environmental Construction Operations (ECO) Plans and Traffic Accommodation Strategies to support safe and compliant project delivery.
