Job Description
We are seeking a Junior BigID Functional Lead to support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise Data Privacy capabilities using BigID. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with privacy platforms regulatory compliance and functional implementation across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the design and implementation of BigID capabilities including Data Discovery DSAR Retention Vendor/Third-Party Management and AI Governance.

Translate privacy regulations and business policies into functional platform configurations.

Design and support integrations between BigID and enterprise systems such as Active Directory cloud platforms databases and ticketing tools.

Participate in end-to-end functional delivery including requirements gathering design testing and UAT support.

Collaborate with Privacy Legal and IT teams to implement privacy-by-design principles.

Prepare technical documentation provide stakeholder training and support platform enhancements and troubleshooting.

3 5 years of experience in Data Privacy with hands-on implementation of privacy regulations (PIPEDA CCPA CPA etc.).

Experience implementing BigID OneTrust Securiti or similar privacy platforms.

Good understanding of enterprise data architecture including structured/unstructured data discovery cataloging lineage and cloud data environments.

Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Strong communication presentation documentation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
