Job Summary
- Deliver features and bug fixes AI-first at an AI-enabled pace.
- Continuously adopt emerging AI capabilities.
- Write clean tested code leveraging AI to accelerate development while owning the quality of your output.
- Share AI workflow techniques with the team.
- Champion AI adoption and demonstrate whats possible.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Finance Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- AI proficiency including experience with AI-enabled development tools including Kiro.
- Foundational software development skills with experience in at least one programming language or development framework.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and take ownership of the quality and correctness of delivered code.
- Curiosity and commitment to staying current with emerging AI capabilities and development practices.
- Growth-oriented mindset with an interest in developing as a general-purpose developer
