Job Title: Java Developer Healthcare Applications
Domain: Healthcare IT (EHR/EMR Interoperability)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Java Developer to build and enhance healthcare applications supporting EHR/EMR systems and health data interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
- Build APIs and microservices for EHR integrations (Epic Cerner Meditech)
- Implement HL7 and FHIR interfaces for data exchange
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations
- Integrate with clinical billing and patient management systems
Required Skills
- Strong Java Spring Boot REST APIs
- Experience with HL7 FHIR or healthcare data exchange
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
- Experience with microservices architecture
- SQL/NoSQL databases
Preferred
- Experience working with provincial/state healthcare systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
