- Provide support for performance management succession planning leadership inclusive workplace and learning programs
- Answer program and process related questions from a diverse audience
- Provide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as required
- Help develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiences
- Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs
- Management of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site
- Support Talent Management project innovation for key initiatives
- Currently pursing an Undergraduate or Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field
- Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-making
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with Success Factors SAP or software such as Power BI would be an asset
- Prior work experience would be considered an asset
- Receive financial assistance for travel expenses and co-op fees
- Acquire hands-on experience applying academic knowledge to real-world mining operations fostering the development of technical skills
- Benefit from mentorship and guidance offered by seasoned specialists in their respective fields
- Gain a competitive edge securing primary consideration for professional positions upon graduation
Salary: $4117 - $5192 CAD/month
Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
