Your tasks
- Install administer and maintain IT services hardware and software including configuration and management of cloud applications in Microsoft 365
- Coordinate IT-related requests and provide comprehensive client management and support for employees both remotely and on-site in Montreal
- Ensure smooth IT operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues and conducting performance analyses
- Administer virtual server environments (VMware)
- Maintain and manage releases and updates of standard software
- Perform backup and recovery procedures
- Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
- Actively contribute to exciting internal IT projects
Your profile
Must-have
- Solid knowledge of at least two of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows Linux or Apple along with strong general IT knowledge
- Confident working with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365 Exchange Online SharePoint Entra ID)
- Experience with PowerShell databases (e.g. MS SQL)
- Strong experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification through professional experience
- Experience in administering firewall systems
- Extensive experience with AI applications and their centralized management
- Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
