If you excel in high-intensity outage environments where precision teamwork and execution speed matter this is your opportunity to work on critical maintenance scopes that keep operations running. From structural repairs to equipment installations youll play a key role in safely completing essential work under tight turnaround timelines.

This is not traditional constructionits fast-paced short-duration shutdown work requiring adaptability focus and a strong safety mindset.

Essential Responsibilities:

Execute shutdown and turnaround scopes including structural repairs steel installation retrofits and equipment setting

Perform rigging hoisting and alignment of structural components and mechanical equipment

Complete bolt-up torquing and connection work to meet outage specifications

Interpret drawings blueprints and work packages to ensure accurate execution

Support critical path work while adapting to shifting priorities and tight timelines

Work within permit systems lift plans and safety procedures including LOTO requirements

Maintain productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed outage schedules

Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Qualifications:

Registered Apprentice or Journeyperson Ironworker certification

Experience in shutdowns turnarounds or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments

Strong skills in rigging structural steel installation and equipment setting

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience working in fast-paced schedule-driven environments

Willingness to work 1012 hour shifts overtime and consecutive days during shutdowns

Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork

Working Conditions:

Travel provided
