Job Summary

  • Lead internal communications and change strategy to drive alignment engagement and adoption of key initiatives. Partner with senior leaders to assess impacts shape messaging and support organizational readiness including structured communication and change plans.
  • Own and evolve Slack and internal channel strategy ensuring clear consistent and effective communication across platforms. Establish best practices and continuously improve channel effectiveness based on data and feedback.
  • Create and deliver high-quality content (announcements leadership messaging FAQs campaigns) translating complex topics into clear engaging communications for diverse audiences.
  • Drive employee engagement through communications that foster connection transparency and culture. Partner with People & Culture on onboarding and key programs and measure effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and cross-functional teams managing multiple priorities while ensuring all communications align with business goals brand voice and organizational tone.

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications change management or employee engagement or related fields.
  • Experience managing communication and change efforts for organizational transformations business initiatives or cultural shifts.
  • Strong project management skills; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital communication channels (Slack etc.).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for culture-building employee experience and creating meaningful connection through communication.
  • Bilingual (French/English is an asset
