Hybrid: 3 days/week

The Internal Communications Analyst is responsible for driving employee engagement connecting teams to the companys vision and translating strategic priorities into compelling narratives for diverse internal audiences. It requires a blend of creative storytelling design and strong business acumen along with fluency in both English and French.

• Support the development and execution of internal communications plans aligned to business and functional priorities
• Draft edit and format a range of communication materials including leadership messages employee updates newsletters intranet content presentations talking points and event communications
• Coordinate communications calendars timelines approvals and distribution across multiple channels
• Manage communications across multiple platforms including intranets (such as SharePoint) email campaigns town halls and internal newsletters.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including People & Performance leadership plant/site teams and business functions to gather inputs and ensure message alignment
• Help manage internal communication channels and recommend the best format channel and cadence for different messages
• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives through communications planning and content development
• Assist with communications for key business moments change initiatives events and plant/site-based activities as needed
• Track communications performance and engagement metrics and help turn insights into practical recommendations
• Maintain communication assets templates and content repositories to support consistency and efficiency
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for communications projects and priorities

• 2 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications public relations marketing communications or a related role
• Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with attention to tone clarity and accuracy
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint Word and Excel
• Strong design skills and experience in using design software/platforms
• Fluency in both English & French is required

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
