• (Internal Title:Scheduling IV)
  • Youll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction from design through closeout
  • Youll define activities sequence workflows estimate durations and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines
  • Youll identify critical paths key milestones and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives
  • Youll track progress against the baseline schedule preparing regular reports with earned value milestone and variance analyses
  • Youll identify schedule risks early assess potential impacts and recommend or implement mitigation strategies
  • Youll perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions
  • Youll collaborate with project managers engineers contractors and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectively
  • Youll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Proect
  • Youll optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines
  • Youll document actual versus planned timelines maintain historical schedule data and analyze lessons learned for future improvement

• Working Conditions
  • The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering Project Management or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience
• 10 years of experience in project scheduling preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects ensuring alignment with owner objectives
• Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes workflows and dependencies with a focus on MEP systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
