• (Internal Title:Project Management II)
  • Supporta comprehensive standardization initiative to addressinconsistentsite and product tracking due to varied content metrics and nomenclature.
  • Prepare detailed reportsand dashboardsfor leadership updates timeline tracking forearly delivery/delayrisk and strategic decision-makingusing the clients internal tool to provide leadership with clear visibility into emerging risks
  • Design develop andmaintainPower BI andequivalentdashboards to provide partner teams and leadership with real-time visibility into equipment deliveries schedule performance risk exposure supplier constraints and overall program health.
  • Buildandmaintainbackend data structures and SQL-based data tables to support operational reporting trend analysis forecasting and decision-making across regional and global infrastructure programs.
  • Utilizeadvanced analytical and programming capabilitiessuch asPythonand otherscriptingsoftware-based data analysis and automation toidentifyoperational trends streamline reporting processes improve data quality and generate actionable insights supporting large-scale infrastructure delivery.
  • Applystrong programand projectmanagement and stakeholder management practices to coordinate competing priorities communicate risks and opportunities influenceoutcomes across diverse teamsfrominceptionthrough to completion.
  • Track equipment deliveries acrossmultiple client data centers worldwideoptimizingdelivery readiness in response to continuously evolving project conditionsandimplement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as the operationaland communicationsbackbone supporting specialized engineering construction and commissioning teams across the clients Data Centers program.
  • Support strategicinitiativeto streamline overall workflows across stakeholders by documenting process maps and laying out policies to reduce operational noise with dates and communication of risks.
  • Conduct site and productprioritizationanalysis including anomaly detection andmaintainintimate knowledge of all critical infrastructurecomponentsdelivery delays large scale supplierissuesandrisk tomeetingsite completion dates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for region-specific stakeholdersfacilitatingcommunication and coordination across internal and external teams.
  • Conductprioritizationstraight line analyses to support scenario planning and risk mitigation based on dynamic monthly schedules demand planning supplier ability.
  • Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management III or higher in an efficient andtimelymanner

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role
• Minimum of 2 years ofPythonexperience as the role will involve maintenance of large datasets as well as reporting via custom dashboards
• Results orienteddemonstratinga strong senseof ownership proactive problem solving and resourcefulness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience engaging with senior leadership
• Strong stakeholder management skills particularly with challenging or resistant stakeholders
• P6 (or equivalentiePlanera ALICEetc) schedulingexposure with an emphasis on interpreting large complex schedules to support decision-making
• Must have arecognized certification such as PMI Project ManagementReadyTMorCertifiedAssociate in Project Management(CAPM)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experiencewith schedulingindata centersinfrastructureand/orheavy industrial construction such as oil and gas would be considered an asset
• In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods
• Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
• Effective skills in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
• Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
• Must havedemonstratedexperience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
• Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accentureprovidesa reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
